Our desserts are sold frozen and described on the website for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, product appearance may vary slightly from images. All sales are subject to availability. For our retail line, including the Caramel Tres Leches (Trileçe) Family Tray (1000 g) and similar items, the following conditions apply: Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Once thawed, do not refreeze. After thawing, keep refrigerated (0–4°C) and consume within 4 days.Shelf life: 5 months from production date (if kept frozen).Returns: No returns are accepted for frozen retail desserts. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product is defective or incorrect at the time of delivery.Consumption: All products are ready-to-serve once thawed. Do not consume beyond the recommended storage period.

We currently deliver within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) through our team or partner services. Delivery for special events (e.g., weddings, corporate functions) can be arranged individually. Expansion to other provinces may be possible in the future through distribution partners.
